The Yidao Threadbar Micropile is a high-performance drilled and grouted foundation system, diameter under 300mm, reinforced with a hot-rolled high-strength threadbar. 1.Anchoring of Tensile Loads

Tensile forces in soil are efficiently managed using Yidao threadbar anchors. Large counterweights or bulky retaining structures are eliminated – loads transfer directly into load-bearing strata, leaving only minimal surface connections. Suitable for rock, sand, gravel, clay, or groundwater conditions.

2.Stability against Overturning

Towers, masts, and wind generators face tipping risks from wind, earthquakes, or snow loads. Yidao micropiles provide passive resistance against tensile, compression, and alternating forces. For tighter deformation control, actively tensioned anchors are also available.

3.Uplift Control

Groundwater and variable loads create uplift on excavation bottom slabs and underground structures. Yidao tension piles offset these forces economically – less excavation, thinner slabs, and shorter construction timelines compared to mass concrete solutions.
